Our Services include content strategy, content creation, social media management, analytics, publishing, and distribution across platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for any changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or availability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
